After 15 years working as a registered nurse in a fast paced emergency department, Natalie has found a more relaxing and enjoyable tempo in her kitchen. For her, this orderly space evokes calm, creativity, and innovation. Ever the hobby baker, Natalie’s search for a creative culinary outlet revealed her hidden talent: creating gorgeous and delicious cookies.  She turned her craft into a business, Natalie’s Sweet Shoppe, in 2020. 

A completely self-taught risk taker, Natalie seeks new challenges in confectionary design. When she’s not decorating cookies using royal icing, her medium of choice, Natalie can be found carrying a tray of freshly designed cookies to every gathering, large or small. As her talents and techniques evolve, her carefully designed custom sugar cookies bring sweet joy to those lucky enough to be on the receiving end .
